AI & Data Charter

Last updated: 29 June 2026

SpotLite places artificial intelligence at the heart of its experience (CV generation, matching, proof certification, recommendations, moderation). This charter transparently explains how we use AI and your data, in addition to our Privacy Policy.

1. How we use AI#

Our models and those of our providers (in particular Gemini via Vertex AI) are used to: generate and contextualize CVs (Dalia assistant); analyze and certify Vault documents; assess the consistency of applications; recommend content, jobs and audio atmospheres; transcribe and analyze audio/video content; and automatically moderate content.

2. What data feeds the AI#

Depending on the feature, the AI processes: your profile and skills, your CVs, your videos and audio content, the documents you submit for analysis, and — only if you have enabled it — the synchronization of your Journal. The processing of certain features is charged in AI balance attached to your Pass.

3. Training of our proprietary models#

SpotLite develops its own AI models. Subject to your consent where required by law, we may use the content you publish on the platform — in raw, transformed, pseudonymized or anonymized form — to train, evaluate and improve these models. We apply the following safeguards:

  • Exclusion of third-party accounts. Data from your Google or Apple accounts (identity, email, profile obtained at sign-in) is never used for AI training, in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use).
  • Sensitive data. No special category of data is used for training without your explicit consent.
  • Minimization and anonymization. We favor anonymized or pseudonymized datasets whenever technically possible.
  • No reuse by providers. Our contracts with AI providers prohibit the reuse of your data to train their own models.

4. Your control (objection and withdrawal)#

You can object to the use of your content for AI training, or withdraw your consent, at any time from your Cockpit or by writing to contact-us@spotlite-app.com. This choice applies for the future: it affects neither the lawfulness of processing already carried out, nor the models already trained, whose learning is by nature irreversible.

5. Limits, accuracy and automated decisions#

The results produced by AI may contain inaccuracies or "hallucinations". They are an aid and not professional advice: you must verify and validate each piece of information before use. When a decision (for example moderation) is made automatically and produces significant effects, you can request human intervention, express your point of view and contest the decision.

6. Contact#

For any question relating to AI and your data: contact-us@spotlite-app.com.
