If you are a rights holder (or their authorized agent) and believe a work has been reproduced without authorization, send us a written notification containing:
- Clear identification of the protected work concerned.
- Precise identification of the disputed content on SpotLite (URL, description) allowing it to be located.
- Your full contact details (name, address, phone, email).
- A good-faith statement affirming that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of sanctions in the event of a false declaration, attesting to the accuracy of the information and your standing to act.
- Your handwritten or electronic signature.
This notification must be sent to our designated agent: SpotLite, Attn: Copyright Agent, 6 rue Joséphine Baker 69007, France, or by email to contact-us@spotlite-app.com.
2. Counter-notice#
If your content was removed following an error or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice including your signature, the identification of the removed content, a good-faith statement regarding the error, and your acceptance of the competent jurisdiction. The detailed procedure will be communicated to you where applicable.
3. Other claims#
For any claim unrelated to copyright (harassment, impersonation, inappropriate content, etc.), use the integrated reporting tool or write to contact-us@spotlite-app.com. The available remedies are detailed in our Moderation Charter.
4. Repeat infringement and abuse#
In accordance with the law, we may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. Submitting a fraudulent or bad-faith claim or counter-notice may engage your liability. If in doubt about your rights, consult legal counsel before acting.
